Message	with deep gashes in the old paint, and sprayed over. (never sanded smooth) looks like it was dipped in tar. not smooth and has bubbles in the paint. Is there a product that will strip paint off urethane w/o having to sand the multiple layers of old thick paint off? This shop does not have a clue.
